Our youth employment program is a safe opportunity for students to earn money. Selling our chocolate product at organized high volume retail locations. Students are supervised and coached by a team leader in their community. The Teenswork program accelerates students' development of professional skills.

The year was 1991. The Gulf War ended, Super Nintendo was released, the very first-ever website was created, the delightful Robin Williams introduced the world to a grown Peter Pan in the unforgettable Hook, Nirvana released Smells Like Teen Spirit-what an incredible year it was to be alive. The 90’s were just beginning to take shape. But what was another first that year? It was August 24th, 1991. After 9 months of nurturing and preparation the big day had finally arrived..
Teenswork was born!!! On a bright warm summer day, when it happened.... the very first box of Teenswork chocolate were sold. Sealing the fate of two men with one common goal: To make the world a better place, one box of chocolate at a time.
Teenswork started as a sales company aimed at helping youth. As years passed the dream evolved, our youth program took on thousands of students. We reinvented ourselves to adapt the needs and growth of our youth. Today we are extremely proud to have 5 different Teenswork divisions striving toward one single goal. To create positive change for students throughout our communities.
From Vancouver to Halifax. We have hundreds of employees enrolled in our program each year, and we are always expanding.
Since 1991, Teenswork has provided employment for teens. This led us to become one of the largest employers of youth in Canada.

When joining our program, our goal is to build-up courage, confidence, and leadership ability into the teens that we work with. In the job that we offer, teens learn tactical skills. Sales, customer service, money management and responsibility to name a few. All things future employers are looking for.
We not only serve as a job opportunity, but a learning opportunity, all in all equipping our students with the correct mind and skill set for their future personal, and professional lives.
Our youth program is an opportunity for students earn money and learn life skills. Encouraging growth through self-development. Building self-confidence during this exciting journey teens start creating a foundation for their future and moving a step further in a positive direction.
Students are supervised and mentored by a team leader while they practice marketing chocolate products and promoting our youth programs. We focus on safety quite a bit which means that all of the transportation is provided from home and back. They become part of a team in their community and build life long friendships.
